Jazz Dance (7 yr. olds - adults)

Students will learn various styles of this contemporary dance form that is often seen in Hollywood, on Broadway, and on television. Jazz classes include technique, stretches and strengthening, terminology, coordination exercises, progressions, and combinations. It is also strongly recommended that jazz students study ballet, since ballet technique is used in all of the upper level jazz classes.
